Terms of Service

WonderLane provides planning organization, trip dashboards, and informational recommendations for Walt Disney World travelers. WonderLane is not a travel agency, ticket seller, reservation platform, or official Disney service.

WonderLane is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Disney, Walt Disney World, or The Walt Disney Company.

WonderLane is currently offered as a free Open Preview (an early, evolving release). Features may contain bugs, incomplete information, and changing workflows.

We may update, pause, or change the service as we learn from real family use. We will try to communicate material changes clearly, but Open Preview access does not guarantee any specific feature, timeline, uptime, or continued workflow, and the service is provided "as is."

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your password secure. You must be an adult (the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. Enter children's information only as a parent, guardian, or authorized family organizer.

You are responsible for verifying all official trip details, including park hours, tickets, reservations, Lightning Lane rules, dining availability, prices, transportation, accessibility needs, health and safety requirements, and current Disney policies.

Dining reservations and Lightning Lane selections happen through Disney and My Disney Experience, not WonderLane. WonderLane may help organize information or suggest planning considerations, but it does not book, purchase, hold, modify, or guarantee reservations, tickets, Lightning Lane access, or dining availability.

WonderLane does not guarantee availability, reduced wait times, savings, perfect outcomes, reservation success, ride access, transportation timing, weather outcomes, crowd levels, information accuracy, or trip results.

Any recommendation is informational and should be reviewed against official Disney sources and your family's needs before you rely on it.

You agree not to misuse WonderLane, attempt to access another family's information, interfere with or disrupt the service, probe or scan for security vulnerabilities, submit unlawful or infringing content, or use WonderLane for anything other than your own planning and invited family collaboration.

You keep ownership of the family and trip information you provide ("Your Content"). You grant WonderLane permission to store and process Your Content to operate the service and build your dashboard. You are responsible for having the right to share the information you enter, including information about family members.

WonderLane's software, design, dashboard templates, and brand are owned by WonderLane and protected by intellectual property laws. Disney names, marks, and imagery belong to their respective owners and are referenced only for planning purposes.

WonderLane may reference or link to third-party sites and services (such as Disney or My Disney Experience). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, availability, or transactions. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.

WonderLane is free during Open Preview. Payments are not active, and no paid plans, subscriptions, or purchases are currently offered. If paid features are introduced in the future, the applicable price and terms will be shown before any payment, and this policy will be updated.

Because Open Preview is free and no payment is collected, there is nothing to refund. If paid plans are introduced later, refund terms will be provided at that time. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy for details.

You may stop using WonderLane and request account deletion at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or end access to protect the service or other users, to address misuse or unlawful activity, or if we pause or discontinue Open Preview. Where practical, we will provide notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WonderLane is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and WonderLane is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost bookings, missed reservations, or trip disruptions arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. This section should be reviewed by a qualified attorney before any paid launch.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that may be brought in court must be brought in a state or federal court located in Connecticut, unless applicable law requires a different location. This provision does not waive rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
