1. Information We Collect
WonderLane collects the information you provide to create an account and plan a trip. This includes: your name, email address, and password when you sign up; family and traveler details you enter during trip setup (traveler names, whether a traveler is an adult or child, ages, heights, interests, nap needs, dietary notes, and accessibility or health-related planning notes); trip details (dates, resort, park plans, dining goals, transportation, and preferences); files you upload; and messages or requests you send us.
Please share only the information you are comfortable using for WonderLane planning. You do not have to provide sensitive details to use WonderLane.
2. How We Use Information
We use your information to create and secure your account, build and organize your planning dashboard, support invited family collaboration, respond to your requests, send you service email about your account and trip, and improve WonderLane during Open Preview.
WonderLane provides planning organization and informational recommendations only. Official bookings, tickets, dining reservations, and Lightning Lane selections happen through Disney and My Disney Experience.
3. Service Providers We Use
WonderLane runs on a small set of trusted service providers who process data on our behalf:
Supabase — account authentication, database storage, and file storage for your account, family, and trip data.
Netlify — website hosting and content delivery.
Resend — delivery of service email (for example, account confirmation and support messages).
We do not sell your family or trip information. WonderLane is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Disney, Walt Disney World, or The Walt Disney Company.
4. Analytics and Error Reporting
WonderLane does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services (such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar). We keep first-party product usage records in our own database to understand which planning features are helpful. These records are never shared with ad networks and are never sold.
Some of these records are linked to your account — for example, which planning sections you open. Others are recorded before you sign up, such as a page view on our marketing pages, and are linked only to a random identifier rather than to a person. We store the page visited, the referring website's address, any campaign tags in the link you followed, your general device and browser type, and a country code. We do not store your IP address, and we do not track you across other websites.
We keep these records for at most 13 months, after which they are deleted automatically.
WonderLane does not currently use a third-party crash or error reporting service. Standard server logs may be generated by our hosting provider. If we add a third-party analytics or error reporting service in the future, we will update this policy first and, where required, ask for your consent.
5. Cookies and Local Storage
WonderLane uses strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in (session and authentication cookies set by our authentication provider). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
WonderLane also sets one first-party analytics cookie (wl_visitor_id). It holds a random identifier, expires after a year, and lets us count how many people visit and how far they get in setting up a trip. It is not used for advertising, is not shared with anyone, and cannot follow you to other websites. If your browser sends a “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signal, we do not record analytics for your visit at all — that is how you opt out, and no setting on our side is needed.
WonderLane also uses your browser's local storage to remember functional preferences on your device — for example, your selected theme, dashboard layout, and packing or dining view choices. This information stays in your browser and is not used to track you across other websites.
6. Children and Family Information
WonderLane is designed for parents, guardians, and adult trip organizers. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly allow children to create their own accounts or provide information directly to us.
A parent, guardian, or authorized family organizer may enter child-related planning details (such as a child's first name, age, height, interests, nap needs, dietary notes, and accessibility notes) to help organize the trip. This information is used only for practical planning and should not be treated as medical, legal, safety, or official Disney guidance. If you believe a child's information was provided without proper authorization, contact us and we will remove it.
7. Who Can Access Your Information
Your account, family, and trip records are protected so that only you and the family members you invite can view them. Access between accounts is enforced at the database level.
WonderLane staff (currently the founder) may access your records to support your account, respond to requests, investigate problems, and operate the service during Open Preview. We access this information only as needed to run WonderLane.
8. Your Choices and Requests
You can request to access, correct, export, or delete your account and associated data at any time by emailing the contact below. During Open Preview these requests are handled manually, and we aim to respond promptly.
Account confirmation and support emails are service messages related to your account. If we introduce optional marketing or newsletter email in the future, it will include an unsubscribe option.
9. Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide WonderLane. When you ask us to delete your account, we remove your account and associated family and trip records, except where we must retain limited information to meet a legal obligation. Test or demonstration accounts created during Open Preview may be removed periodically.
10. International Users
WonderLane is operated in the United States and its service providers store data in the United States. If you access WonderLane from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
11. Open Preview Limits
During Open Preview, support and data requests may require manual handling, and workflows, data collection, and product features may change as WonderLane improves. We will update this policy as the product evolves.
