Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Open Preview and Early Access Pricing
WonderLane access may be free, discounted, or manually managed while the product is being tested with early families. If no payment is collected, there is no payment to refund.
If discounted Early Access pricing is offered later, the applicable price and refund terms should be shown before payment. This draft policy should be reviewed by an attorney before launch.
2. Cancellations
If you no longer want WonderLane access, contact WonderLane as soon as possible. Preview access, dashboard preparation, and founder review may be paused or canceled manually.
Canceling WonderLane does not cancel Disney tickets, resort reservations, dining reservations, Lightning Lane purchases, transportation, or any other official Disney or third-party booking.
3. No Trip Outcome Guarantees
WonderLane does not guarantee availability, wait times, savings, reservation success, dining availability, Lightning Lane access, or trip outcomes. Refunds, if any, are not based on weather, crowds, Disney policy changes, ride closures, itinerary changes, or official reservation availability.
4. Disney and Third-Party Purchases
Dining reservations and Lightning Lane selections happen through Disney and My Disney Experience, not WonderLane. Any Disney, travel, lodging, ticket, dining, or transportation refund request must be handled through the official provider.
WonderLane is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Disney, Walt Disney World, or The Walt Disney Company.
